How it works: try, pay, cancel

Once a card is on file, the trial turns into a monthly charge unless you cancel, so we tell you exactly when that happens.

1

Pick a plan and sign up

Sign up from the plan you want to start your free trial. Whenever we ask for a card, you enter it on the secure checkout page. Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars; we never see your card number.

2

Use everything free for 7 days

Every feature of your plan is on during the trial. Once a card is on file, we email you the first charge date and amount, and remind you 3 days before it.

3

Cancel or change anytime

Cancel or switch plans from your account page. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged; after that your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Links are never deleted.

Frequently asked questions: trial, billing and refunds

Answers describe what the product actually does today, not what we plan to build.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged during the trial. Once a card is on file (you add it at checkout to start the trial, or when you subscribe during it), the monthly price of the plan you chose is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. We email you the charge date and amount when you add the card, and again 3 days before the first charge. If no card is on file when the trial ends, nothing is charged and your account goes back to the free limits. Each account can use the free trial once.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from this page. Upgrades apply right away: during the trial nothing is charged and the new price starts when the trial ends; on a paid plan the prorated difference for the rest of the month is charged immediately, and if that payment fails your plan stays as it was. Downgrades: the lower price starts on your next billing date, the smaller link limit applies as soon as you switch, and you first need to delete links until you are within it. Plans cannot be changed after you cancel; email [email protected] if you change your mind.

What happens when I cancel, or a payment fails?

Cancel from the plan card on your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan keeps working until the end of the trial or of the month you paid for. After that — including when a renewal payment has still not gone through by then — links created on your plan stop redirecting and show a notice page, and you cannot create new links. If you never paid (say you cancelled during the free trial, or it ended without a subscription), you go back to the free limits instead: 5 new links, and links stop redirecting 30 days after they were created. A failed payment on its own does not cut your access: while there is still time left on the month you paid for, everything keeps working as Stripe retries. Nothing is deleted, your statistics stay available, and paused links redirect again as soon as you subscribe.

Do you offer refunds?

The free trial is how you try amz.do before paying: nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never charged. Payments, renewals and downgrades are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you by mistake. Details on the legal page.

Frequently asked questions: links, limits and Amazon

What counts as an active link?

Every link you own that you have not deleted, including links that are paused. Links you created before these plans launched keep working and do not count. Clicks are never limited on any plan.

Is there a free plan?

No. Without an account you can build 5 links, and each one stops redirecting 30 days after it is created. If you sign up and have no trial or subscription, new links follow the same limits and your dashboard shows a reminder. Links are never deleted.

Do bot clicks count against anything?

No. Plans count links, not clicks. Statistics exclude identified crawlers and bots, and the bot share is shown on your statistics page so you can see what was filtered.

Is amz.do affiliated with Amazon?

No. amz.do is an independent tool for Amazon sellers and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by Amazon.com, Inc. It does not guarantee any effect on Amazon search ranking or sales.
